We have a number of classes to suit your creative endeavours. Below are listed the classes we have on offer which we have outlined in our brochure for 2008. If you need any help deciding about what class suits you then please feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to match you with a suitable class.

Patchwork with Linda Butcher
A Guild Accredited and experienced teacher of all levels of appliqué, quilting and piecing.You can work on a new sampler as a beginner or bring your own project, or choose from one of Linda's many designs. Deborah Louie
Deborah is well known for her experience with machine quilting. A prize winner at several Quilt shows. Her classes are fun and informative. They include learning how to choose wadding, laying out and pinning a quilt, marking ready for quilting. Day 1 also covers crosshatching, cabling and stitch in the ditch, followed by an introduction to free motion. Day 2 follows up on further techniques of free motion quilting. Machine Piecing Classes with Cathy Heather
Cathy will be giving demonstration and lectures on various techniques and simplified methods of patchwork. No sewing machines or needles will be required for these tutorials but places are limited. Have you heard of 'connectors'? Do you know how to make half square triangles and quarter square triangles using strips? What’s a 'tri' and 'recs' tool? You will find it easy to make a quilt in a week. You will be required to learn a new block each time you attend. We will also discuss value changes, use of colour and how to use them in quilts. Joan is a very talented embroidery instructor, her designs of wool embroidery and ribbon work still appear in the magazines.
